Cornmeal 3/4 cup

All-purpose flour 1 cup

Sugar 1 tsp

Baking powder 2 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Egg 1

Buttermilk 2 cups

Ingredients for Assembling:

K&N’s Mini Franks Sausage (700 g) 10-12

Oil (frying)

Coating mixture as required

Ketchup as required

 In a bowl Combine cornmeal, all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder and whisk.
